Criteria
We evaluate and invest in high-potential opportunities in 5 steps. Dealum accepts applications on a rolling basis; thus, the normal funding period is 2–4 months, depending on when you apply and how prepared you are.
1. Pre-screening: The application is reviewed against investment criteria by members and the management team.
2. Screening Meeting: If selected, you present your opportunity to a subset of members for Q&A.
3. Investment Meeting: If further interest, you pitch to full membership for Q&A. Prepare the due diligence folder beforehand.
4. Due Diligence: Verification of information, team background checks, and investor discussions. Initial valuation talks.
5. Term Sheet & Funding: Negotiate final terms and execute documents. Receive investment funds.
