ISM Incubator Application Process
- 1. Incubator Application: Submit your application online or provide information in a specified format.
- 2. Incubator Interview: Answer follow-up questions to clarify details, assess your team, and identify areas where ISM can assist.
- 3. Final Materials: Submit updated versions of your initial application materials.
- 4. Verifying Documentation: Provide official verifications of identity, background, qualifications, business structure, proof of funds, and payment method.
- 5. Incubator Agreement: Sign an agreement outlining fees, program responsibilities, confidentiality, liability, and governing law.
- 6. Pay Fee: Submit initial payments as per the agreed-upon schedule.
- 7. Receive LOS: Receive your Letter of Support after ISM submits your Commitment Certificate to IRCC.
- 8. Immigration Application: Complete your Permanent Residence and Work Permit application with guidance from IRCC.
Due Diligence
- Pitch Deck & Business Plan: Provide a pitch deck and business plan, including financial projections.
- Team Information: Identity of each applicant, CVs, proof of funds, and relevant documentation.
- Business Information: Financial and legal structure, ownership, intellectual property, and incorporation plans.
- Payment Method: Confirm your payment method and provide the necessary documentation for any third-party payments.
Note: Foreign official documents must be translated into English and stamped by a certified translator.
