APPLICATION PROCESS
- ● Initial Screening: After your first interview with an immigration consultant, you’ll go through a screening interview to assess eligibility.
- ● In-depth Interview: After passing the screening, you’ll present your business idea in a detailed interview.
- ● Training & Webinars: Attend weekly webinars covering the Canadian start-up ecosystem, business development, and Niagara’s opportunities.
- ● Approval Process: If approved, you’ll receive a Letter of Support, and the final step involves applying for permanent residency or a work permit.
- ● Post-Arrival: Once in Canada, you’ll receive additional business support, office space, coaching, and networking opportunities.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR WORK PERMIT APPLICATION
Before starting your work permit application, gather these essential documents:
- ● Proof of Permanent Residency Application (e.g., acknowledgment letter, courier receipt, fee receipt).
- ● Letter of Support from Innovate Niagara.
- ● Proof of Settlement Funds.
- ● Offer of Employment Number (obtained after submitting details in the Employer Portal).
- ● Proof of Investment Funds (distinct from settlement funds).
- ● Medical Exam Results (if applicable).
- ● Valid Police Clearance Certificate.
- ● Resume.

ADAPT Adapt Immigration Process & Fees
