Build Up Labs is a spin-off from the leading digital marketing agency comOn.
The goal is to work with entrepreneurs in building and launching new digital businesses, valuing almost two decades of experience from comOn in managing and growing brands online.

COMMUNITY PROGRAM
EUR 70/month per project
(plus VAT at the applicable rate)
- Access to 1 hour of mentorship from the BUL team per trimester (additional mentoring available at a discounted price of 80€/hour)
- Access to BUL’s community of founders;
- Access to discounts and advantages (perks) on software, platforms, or service providers;
- Access to internal and external training and networking events organized or supported by us;
- Access to BUL’s network of partners;
- Benefit from BUL communication channels, such as website, social media, or other channels, to publicize your activities;
- Use of BUL's postal address for headquarters or mail reception purposes.

INCUBATION PROGRAM
EUR 300/month per project + 2.5% Success Fee on Fundraising*
(plus VAT at the applicable rate)
- Everything included in the Community Program;
- Personalized incubation plan with a clear and structured roadmap;
- Regular working meetings to identify and facilitate the resolution of needs or challenges in business management or development;
- Occasional in-depth discussions or workshops about specific issues to be solved;
- Easy access to BUL's network of mentors and partners based on available office hours that are regularly communicated to the startups;
- Networking and warm intros with investors, companies, and talent;
- Certificate of incubation;

CO-WORKING SPACE @ HOOD (optional)
- Hot desk in the co-working area: you choose an available seat, which depends on availability - first come, first served (EUR 160 /month per seat, plus VAT at the applicable rate)
- Fixed desk in the co-working area: you choose the seat you want to occupy during your stay in the HOOD, and it’s reserved for you. (EUR 250 /month per seat, plus VAT at the applicable rate)
