Criteria
- The Startup Visa program has been designed to support your ambition; Alacrity will accelerate growth through a 12-month program responsive to each entrepreneur's needs.
- Alacrity will complete an internal review. This will take 1-2 weeks to complete.
Startup Visa Fee Structure
- Company Registration & Admin Fee: $5,000 + Goods & Services
- Tax (5%)
- 12-month Program Cost:
- 1 applicant: $60,000
- 2 applicants: $70,000
- 3 applicants: $80,000
- 4 applicants: $90,000
- 5 applicants: $100,000
- Equity:
- Alacrity will hold a 10% equity stake in the newly incorporated business, with each team member holding at least 10%. Alacrity and the venture team must hold a minimum of 51% collectively.
