• Furnished spaces with basic services included (reception, security, cleaning, phone lines).
• Maximum occupancy: 4 years (extendable in special cases)
• "Space Incubator" prioritizes ESA BIC Portugal program participants and space-tech startups.
• Prices increase annually and are based on occupied areas.

Virtual Incubation:

• Offers most services of Physical Incubation except for dedicated office space.
• Automatically granted to pre-approved applicants while they develop a Physical Incubation proposal.
• Two types: Start and Follow-up
  • Start:
    • For new projects/businesses without a physical space requirement.
    • Not yet incorporated businesses are eligible.
    • Initial term: 3 months, renewable.
    • Cost: €49/month + VAT
  • Follow-up:
    • For graduated companies (completed Physical or Virtual Start program).
    • Maintains access to incubator services.
    • Term: 3 months, renewable.
    • Cost: €49/month + VAT

Co-working Space:

• Available to Virtual Incubation Start companies needing a workspace.
• Shared space with capacity for 6-8 projects.
• Includes furniture for 2 desks, printing facilities, internet, 24/7 access.
• Cost: €99/month + VAT
